Bartender/ serving

Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. As a key member of our establishment, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while expertly preparing and serving drinks. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
• Operate Pixel Point POS system, to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring an enjoyable experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol laws
• Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
• Serve food items when required, supporting overall restaurant operations
• Uphold food safety standards and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple orders during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
• Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Pixel Point POS, is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly personality with a team-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is a plus
