You will be working as a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Monk Outsourcing, a leading provider of advertising and digital marketing services. - Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
- Pitch digital marketing and technology solutions to global clients
- Understand client business goals and propose customized digital solutions
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and account management teams
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM tools
- Analyze international market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Mentor and guide junior business development executives
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the Digital Marketing industry
- Experience working with international clients and handling global B2B accounts
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Web Development
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects simultaneously
- Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of closing deals with overseas clients
