You will be working as a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Monk Outsourcing, a leading provider of advertising and digital marketing services. Pitch digital marketing and technology solutions to global clients
Understand client business goals and propose customized digital solutions
Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and account management teams
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM tools
Analyze international market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Mentor and guide junior business development executives

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the Digital Marketing industry
Experience working with international clients and handling global B2B accounts
Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Web Development
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects simultaneously
Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Proven track record of closing deals with overseas clients
