Job Summary
A Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and contributing to overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.
- Sales Support:
Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
- Product Knowledge:
Maintain a strong understanding of products, features, and promotions.Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.Assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and inventory checks.Handle cash/card transactions accurately using POS systems.Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.Required Skills:
