Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations and staff activities

- Help achieve sales goals and monitor store performance metrics
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are met

- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance
- Step in as acting Store Manager when required
