Job Title: Intern- Logistics

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating domestic and international shipments
Track shipments in real-time and ensure timely deliveries
Liaise with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and courier services
Support preparation and verification of shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, AWBs, etc.)
Monitor delivery timelines and escalate delays or issues proactively
Maintain shipment records and update internal tracking systems
Assist in resolving logistics-related queries and operational challenges
Ensure compliance with basic shipping and documentation requirements

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Operations, or a related field
Basic understanding of logistics and shipping processes (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong coordination and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
