We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to a variety of devices and operating systems. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing hardware and software problems, and guiding users through solutions across multiple platforms including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
Customer Service Representative (Full-time in the summer, Part-time later)
Service Ontario offices- located at 10909 Yonge St. in RICHMOND HILL, and AURORA - 35 SUNDAY DRIVE are seeking outgoing, organized, and professional customer service representatives to join our team and provide top-notch service to customers at the Service Ontario private issuing office (operated by a private company)
Customer Service Representative: Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain updated knowledge of relevant Service Ontario services in order to provide adequate services to customers
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer issues
- Process health card, driver's license and vehicle transactions accurately by following prescribed protocol
- Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately and efficiently process transactions
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rate
Customer Service Agent: Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday -Friday and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Flexibility with your availability is required within this time frame
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service-related role would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Ability to foster and maintain working relationships
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous priorities in a busy office environment
- Positive and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Intermediate computer skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Efficient, organized and a natural problem solver
- High level of patience and ability to manage a variety of customer needs
- Must be able to provide an acceptable Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) upon being hired
