Job Description

• We’re seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Implementation Specialist to lead and manage installation projects for access control and CCTV systems, ideally within a Genetec environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in security system deployments, with a proven track record in end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of physical security systems, including setup and commissioning of access control and CCTV installations.
• Oversee projects in Genetec (preferred) or similar environments, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder communications and vendor relationships, while ensuring quality and compliance with security standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, facilities, operations) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Document project plans, status updates, system configurations, and handover reports.

Qualifications & Skills (Required)

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in physical security installation and project implementation.
• Demonstrated experience working in access control and CCTV environments.
• Familiarity with Genetec systems is a distinct advantage.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle—from planning through to handover.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
