Store Manager – New Brunswick (Multiple Locations)

Locations:

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve monthly sales targets and operational goals.
• Recruit, train, develop, schedule, and supervise teams of 6–12 employees while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure merchandise presentation standards are maintained, including planograms, promotional displays, hot-selling items, and product availability.
• Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling procedures, banking deposits, inventory management, loss prevention, and workplace safety.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, markdowns, and shrinkage control to maximize profitability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment with accurate pricing and promotional signage.
• Build and strengthen the MINISO brand image within the local community and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proven experience leading and managing retail teams
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
