Senior Project Manager EBS AMS (10+years) (Pune City)

Job Description

You are a Project/Program Manager with over 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS Application Management Support (AMS) projects, responsible for managing support operations, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving team performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle EBS support projects and daily AMS operations
• Ensure SLAs (response and resolution times) are consistently met
• Track and improve KPIs such as RCA, ticket reduction, automation, and value additions
• Monitor team productivity and drive year-on-year improvements
• Manage team shifts, scheduling, and rostering
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to standards

Qualifications Required:

• Solid experience in managing EBS support/AMS projects
• Good understanding of SLA and KPI management
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in project management and software support/development/implementation
