Job Description
You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise to streamline the collection process of valuable investment data and automate processes to evaluate investment opportunities. Additionally, you will lead or support projects for investment management efficiencies and technology advancements. Analyzing Treasury related information to discover trends and patterns, building predictive models and machine-learning algorithms for the Treasury team, and using predictive analytics to source investments for the company are also key responsibilities.

- Analyze and recommend new investment alternatives
- Present information using data visualization techniques
- Identify challenges and propose solutions to build more efficient processes
- Collaborate with various Finance teams and external parties
- Review and manage quarterly investment related invoices
- Analyze and budget investment fees
- Negotiate best fee structure
- Support preparation of the Quarterly Treasury Management Report
- Develop and implement investment management policies and strategies
- Ensure global investment policy compliance
- Maintain updated process and procedure documentation
- Maintain knowledge of systems, policies, service providers, and industry trends
- Ensure SOX compliance
- Serve as a backup to other members of the Treasury team
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering with a minor in Finance
- Master of Science in Business Analytics desired
- 2-4 years experience in Accounting/Finance, Data Analytics
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
- Experience in data mining and machine-learning
- Knowledge and application of R, SQL, Python
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong finance background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in investment management
- Experience in Corporate Finance or Treasury desired
- Experience with Clearwater Analytics, Bloomberg, and other Treasury Platforms
