Business Analyst - IT Supply Chain

As a Business Analyst - IT Supply Chain at Micron Technology in Hyderabad, India, your primary responsibility will be to perform all necessary activities within the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

• Good knowledge on core RapidResponse authoring and analytics.
• Refine and review technical changes on the RapidResponse tool.
• Write test cases, perform unit testing, capture test results, and document them.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Hypercare.
• Follow agile practices in project delivery.
• Adhere to best coding practices, including authoring notes and comments.
• Support hiring, training, and mentoring of new team members.
• Stay updated on the latest changes in RapidResponse tool in terms of authoring and analytics.
• Possess basic domain knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Capacity Planning with constraints and yields.
• Have system integration knowledge to connect with other enterprise or stand-alone systems.
• Coordinate with Micron Operations Support teams to resolve user issues.
• Utilize RapidResponse tool resources like workbooks, Automation Tasks, Forms and Scripts, Dashboards, and Widgets.
• Apply RR analytical knowledge such as Netting, CTP, FLP, and Attribute Based Planning.
• Demonstrate good programming skills with knowledge in PL/SQL programming and Java.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• 5-6 years of experience in a Business or equivalent IT functional role, preferably in Supply Chain Sales & Operations or Business Planning (S&OP).
• 2-3 years of experience using Kinaxis RapidResponse, specifically in Authoring, Analytics, and Scripting.
• Experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the high-tech or semiconductor industry.
• Familiarity with Cloud/SaaS applications.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and practices.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
