Role Overview:
As a Service & Assembly Technician at MicroGO, you will play a crucial role in surveying, installing, maintaining, and repairing products, devices, and systems at customer sites. Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, while ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble the device according to team instructions with 0% failure rate.
- Conserve resources and supplies to minimize waste and optimize the assembly process.
- Identify and report any part or equipment defects to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- Conduct routine visits, install equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain existing customer equipment.
- Train customers on safe equipment use, cleaning procedures, and product information.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems and conditions efficiently.
Qualifications Required:
- Diploma/ITI in EEE/ECE/Electrical and Electronics.
- Minimum 1 year of field service experience in maintaining industrial equipment or mechanical/electronics/electrical problem solving.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics.
- Proficiency in soldering and assembly of electronic devices.
- Understanding of industrial SOPs.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.
