The Project Executive will lead a team of construction project managers and building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a keen understanding of the design build construction industry.

Description

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor project managers and their project teams to ensure efficiency and collaboration.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain project integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

Profile

A successful Project Executive should have:

  • Expertise in construction project management within the design build general contracting industry for ground up light industrial builds valued between $10M and $80M in scope.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • A strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
