Job Description

• Conduct end‑to‑end real estate due diligence for properties proposed to be taken on lease or leave & licence across multiple locations in India.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise commercial lease deeds, leave & licence agreements, and related real estate documentation.
• Handle ancillary documentation including addendums, renewals, amendments, notations, and extensions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should possess:

• 2-6 years of post‑qualification experience with a strong focus on real estate due diligence and commercial leasing transactions.
• Proven drafting and negotiation expertise in lease deeds, leave & licence agreements, and related ancillary documentation.
• Experience handling PAN‑India real estate matters, with a sound understanding of local property and regulatory considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen, enabling efficient coordination with business teams and timely deal closure.
• Note: Must be immediately available to work on-site in Gurgaon
