The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Counsel with minimum 3 years experience should have:

• A law degree from a recognised institution.
• Expertise in commercial contracts and general corporate work including corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, with experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience in the technology and telecoms industry or a related field.
