Job Description
- Convert demand forecasts into monthly, weekly, and daily production plans
- Develop line‑wise and model‑wise production schedules
- Ensure material availability by coordinating with purchase, stores, and vendors
- Balance demand against capacity, manpower, and machine availability
- Monitor plan vs actual production and drive corrective actions
- Control inventory levels, WIP, and finished goods
- Coordinate with production to support smooth shop‑floor execution
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Graduate/Engineer with relevant experience in PPC or planning roles
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chains
- Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems and data‑driven planning
- Ability to balance cost, delivery, and inventory objectives
- Strong cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Structured thinker with high ownership and execution discipline
