Job Description

• Strong hands‑on experience in commercial contracting, including drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment
• Exposure to regulatory matters relevant to consumer‑facing industries
• Experience managing litigation matters and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Excellent working knowledge of Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Consumer Protection / CCPA, Legal Metrology, etc.
• Prior experience in FMCG, Pharma, Healthtech or E‑commerce sectors
• Strong communication skills, maturity and a business‑oriented mindset

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate should possess:

• A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Proven expertise in legal matters related to the healthcare or health industry.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks in India.
