Role Overview:
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for owning the demand generation strategy and pipeline across various channels to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute demand plans aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own demand generation strategy across inbound, outbound, paid, ABM, and PLG channels
- Deliver qualified pipeline and revenue targets (MQL SQL ClosedWon)
- Build a balanced demand mix across selfserve, salesassisted, and enterprise motions
- Scale inbound programs across SEO, content, lifecycle/email, community, and partnerships
- Define and execute paid demand programs with ROI discipline
- Partner with Product and Growth teams on PLG initiatives
- Build, lead, and develop a highperforming demand generation team
- Coach team members across performance marketing, inbound, lifecycle, and analytics
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
- Own key demand and revenue metrics and drive continuous experimentation and optimization
Qualifications Required:
- 6-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience working with salesassisted and enterprise sales motions
- Open to both individual contributors and people managers
