The Assistant Superintendent will join a respected field leadership team focused on quality, safety, and schedule certainty, with clear growth pathways into senior site leadership roles.
Description
The Assistant Superintendent will support the day-to-day execution of large-scale construction projects, working closely with the Superintendent and project team. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with on-site supervision of subcontractors and trades
- Supporting project schedules, logistics planning, and daily work sequencing
- Monitoring safety compliance and enforcing site safety standards
- Coordinating inspections, punch lists, and quality control activities
- Tracking progress against milestones and assisting with issue resolution
- Collaborating with the Superintendent to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget
The Assistant Superintendent will gain exposure to complex builds valued between $60M and $200M+.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience with a general contractor
- Project experience worth $50M within relevant markets (multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, etc.)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in the field
- Motivated to grow into a Superintendent role over time
Job Offer
- Base salary up to $130,000, depending on experience
