Metergy office location is in Markham but will be moving to North York in Fall 2026!

Position Summary

As the Team Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the Settlements team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of settlement activities. In this role, you will provide leadership, coaching, and operational guidance to team members while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

You will act as a key point of escalation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, support strategic initiatives, and maintain strong operational controls. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with strong attention to detail and good judgment. They will demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities, along with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and effective risk management.
