Role Overview:

The Performance Marketing Role – Meta Ads / Google Ads will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube and Shopping). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, and hands-on experience in driving measurable ROI through paid media campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta / Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Google Shopping.
• Plan and execute campaigns aligned with business goals—customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure effective ad messaging and visual consistency
• Analyse campaign performance reports, derive insights, and make data-driven optimizations Stay updated on new features, algorithm changes, and best practices in Meta Ads/ Google Ads and analytics tools
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with seasonal collections, promotions and marketing objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ad campaigns with proven ROI results
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models and conversion tracking
• Experience working with Meta Analytics, Meta Tag Manager and Data Studio.
