Our clients rely on us to deliver qualified leads, predictable pipelines, and measurable ROI in a highly regulated, competitive vertical. As we scale, we're adding a sharp performance marketer to our team to help drive results across our client portfolio.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and scale paid advertising across Facebook (Meta), Google, and TikTok for our financial services clients. You'll own the full lifecycle — from audience research and creative briefs to campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. The right person is data-driven, creatively minded, and obsessed with squeezing the most out of every ad dollar.

What You'll Do

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Own budget allocation, bidding strategies, and pacing across multiple client accounts.
  • Develop testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, server-side tracking (CAPI), and UTM structures.
  • Analyze performance data and turn it into clear recommendations that improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, lead quality, and other key metrics.
  • Brief designers and copywriters on ad creative; review and iterate based on performance.
  • Report weekly on spend, results, and learnings to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.

What You Must Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on both Facebook/Meta and Google Ads .
  • Proven track record managing substantial monthly ad budgets (please share the scale you've worked with — e.g., $20K, $100K, $500K+ per month).
  • Demonstrated experience running paid campaigns in the North American market (United States and/or Canada) — you understand the audiences, compliance considerations, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong understanding of the full funnel: prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
  • Proficiency with conversion tracking setup: Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Tag Manager, GA4.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and dashboards — pivot tables, basic formulas, building clean reports.
  • Sharp analytical thinking: you can look at a dashboard and quickly spot what's working and what isn't.

Nice to Have (Big Pluses)

  • Experience advertising in financial services verticals such as insurance, wealth management, real estate, or mortgage banking. Familiarity with the regulatory and compliance nuances of advertising in these categories (e.g., restricted targeting, disclosure requirements, lead-quality vs. lead-volume tradeoffs) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience integrating Facebook and Google Ads with Go High Level (GHL) CRM — including lead capture, pipeline setup, conversion API/webhook configuration, and feeding offline conversions back into the ad platforms for optimization.
  • Hands-on TikTok Ads experience (Spark Ads, Smart Performance Campaigns, creator collaborations).
  • Experience with lead-gen funnels and lead-quality optimization.
  • Basic Looker Studio / Google Data Studio reporting.
  • Familiarity with creative tools (Figma, Canva, CapCut) to mock up or edit ad concepts.
  • Experience with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, etc.).
  • Agency-side experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
