Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in Digital Marketing at Meritto, you will be responsible for leading the digital growth strategy across platforms for the international market. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Build & Scale paid media strategy (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) to generate pipeline (Qualified Leads) & revenue.
  • Lead $25000+/month campaigns and optimize CPA/CPL/ROAS.
  • Maintain industry benchmarks for CPL, CPMQL, CP Demo, CP Proposal & CAC.
  • Drive B2B lead generation through targeted digital initiatives & cross-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales/Demand Gen to align on pipeline impact.
  • Conduct experimentation, CRO, and funnel optimization.
  • Own audience strategy, reporting, and attribution.
  • Utilize analytics to create personalized campaigns and improve CRM efficiency.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing with business goals.

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

  • Experience in building B2B lead funnels from the international Market (Saas or IT Domain).
  • 25 years of experience in Performance / Paid Acquisition / Demand Gen.
  • Strong B2B SaaS track record.
  • Managed seven-figure monthly budgets with a full-funnel strategy.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, paid media, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEM, and social media ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, cross-channel campaigns, and marketing automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and A/B testing.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
