The Role
We are hiring a Team Leader - Digital Marketing to lead Eloit's digital marketing function and team, taking full ownership of brand presence, demand generation, content strategy, SEO/SEM/AEO/GEO, account-based marketing, HubSpot-led marketing operations, social media, performance marketing, and marketing analytics across all product lines.
This is a senior marketing role within the Kochi operations, reporting directly to the Vice President - Customer Experience and working in close collaboration with the CEO. The role requires a hands-on marketing leader who can build and mentor a team, drive digital strategy, own campaign execution, manage brand positioning, generate qualified leads, and shape Eloit's long-term digital growth across global markets.
The ideal candidate combines deep digital marketing expertise, SaaS product marketing maturity, HubSpot platform fluency, team leadership capability, and a strong sense of ownership, aligned with Eloit's values, quality culture, and global vision.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor the digital marketing team; set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Digital Strategy Ownership: Define and own Eloit's digital marketing roadmap, brand strategy, channel mix, and long-term growth direction across all product lines including Edisapp, Kristapp, BibleOn, and Credisapp.
- SEO/ AEO / GEO: Lead comprehensive search optimisation strategy encompassing traditional SEO (on-page, off-page, technical), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) for AI-driven results on platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google SGE, and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to ensure Eloit's content surfaces accurately within AI-generated summaries and responses.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute targeted ABM programmes to engage high-value institution accounts across education and faith-based segments; coordinate closely with Sales to align account selection, personalised content, outreach sequences, and pipeline progression.
- HubSpot Marketing Operations: Own Eloit's HubSpot Marketing Hub as the primary platform for marketing automation, lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, contact segmentation, landing pages, forms, and pipeline reporting; ensure the CRM and marketing data are clean, structured, and actionable.
- Performance Marketing: Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to drive qualified leads, product sign-ups, and measurable pipeline contribution.
- Content Marketing: Own the content strategy and calendar, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media content, ensuring relevance, authority, and discoverability across both human and AI audiences.
- Social Media Management: Manage Eloit's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for brand building, audience engagement, and community development.
- Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Establish, monitor, and report on marketing KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rates, organic traffic, campaign ROI, and marketing-attributed revenue; present insights regularly to leadership.
- Product Launch and GTM Support: Lead marketing execution for product launches, coordinate go-to-market plans and equip sales teams with collateral and inbound lead pipelines.
- Brand Governance: Ensure all marketing communications, digital assets, and campaigns are consistent, on-brand, and compliant with Eloit's messaging guidelines.
- MarTech Stack Management: Oversee the marketing technology stack including HubSpot, analytics platforms, and reporting tools; drive adoption and optimisation across the team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, and Leadership teams to align marketing activity with product roadmaps and business objectives.
- CEO Collaboration: Work directly with the Chief Executive Officer on brand positioning, strategic marketing direction, and high-priority growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- HubSpot Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, email campaigns, forms, landing pages, lists, and reporting; HubSpot Marketing Hub certification is strongly preferred.
- Account-Based Marketing: Demonstrated experience designing and executing ABM programmes targeting institutional or enterprise accounts, with the ability to personalise outreach at scale.
- SEO / AEO / GEO Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of traditional SEO practices alongside emerging disciplines including Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) for AI search platforms.
- Performance Marketing: Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Content and Copywriting: Strong ability to craft and commission compelling, audience-specific content for digital channels, with an understanding of how to write for both human readers and AI retrieval systems.
- Analytics and Data Literacy: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and campaign analytics platforms; ability to interpret data and drive optimisation decisions.
- Leadership Capability: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a small marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present marketing performance to leadership clearly and confidently.
- Tool Familiarity: Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent platforms.
- Certifications: HubSpot Marketing Hub certification preferred; additional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing are an advantage.
- Creativity and Brand Sensibility: Innovative thinker with a strong eye for design consistency and brand quality across digital touchpoints.
