As the Marketing Head for a leading beauty care brand based in Hyderabad, your role involves being a self-starter with a strong orientation towards building a high growth brand. You will be responsible for managing the brand marketing strategy by effectively utilizing various marketing media. Your key responsibilities include:
- Control and optimal utilization of large marketing budgets.
- Building and leading a strong team of product managers, marketing executives, etc.
- Dealing effectively with media agencies, creative agencies, and brand research organizations.
- Creating brand positioning and communication frameworks across products/range.
- Developing and executing an effective digital & social media marketing strategy.
- Developing the product portfolio for both long term and immediate term.
- Working with R&D to fill portfolio gaps with new products.
- Developing the right marketing mix for current and new products, including product, packaging, pricing, and promotion.
- Creating strategies to increase off-takes for products and executing them in conjunction with the sales team.
- Monitoring brand health parameters like awareness, trial, and satisfaction through tracks/research.
- Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing of a personal care/non-food/FMCG brand.
- Proven experience in leading a marketing team of a high-growth brand.
- Orientation to work in a fast-growing company with quick thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, influence, and negotiation skills.
