Position: Technical Expert - Software Engineering

Type: Contract

Compensation: $90–$120/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, security, and maintainability.
Create high-quality programming prompts to test AI models on coding tasks.
Evaluate model outputs in areas like algorithms, data structures, and systems design.
Provide expert feedback on software architecture, databases, and APIs.
Assess and improve cloud infrastructure and full-stack development capabilities.
Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Strong software engineering experience.
Clear written communication skills.
Ability to evaluate code for correctness, efficiency, readability, security, and maintainability.
