- Examine and consolidate outside records like police reports, medical files, and vendor quotations.
- Prepare organized deliverables such as coverage summaries, repair estimates, and liability evaluations.
- Spot gaps, mismatches, or warning signs in claim narratives and supporting documents.
- Monitor compliance with claim rules, document required deadlines, and evaluate the quality of communications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing property, auto, bodily injury, or general liability claims.
- Working familiarity with platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Xactimate, Hyland OnBase, or FileNet.
- Strong grasp of coverage analysis, state compliance expectations, and claims file documentation standards.
- Experience reviewing third-party materials such as police reports, medical summaries, and contractor estimates.
- Clear written communication and solid analytical ability.
