Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAS programming software to effectively interpret, validate, and analyze large healthcare data sets.
• Engage proactively with clients and project leads to define project scope and provide valuable insights based on data capabilities and methodologies.
• Identify and analyze data anomalies, communicate their impacts clearly, and work alongside client teams to develop effective solutions.
• Conduct thorough technical peer reviews for data analysis projects to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, particularly in Medicaid programs.
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, or similar programming languages is essential.

The base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $176,000, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and education. This role may also include performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package including health benefits, tuition assistance, and retirement programs.
