Job Description
As an HR Executive - Recruitment & Payroll Specialist, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment and payroll operations. You will need to efficiently handle hiring processes and ensure accurate and compliant payroll management. The ideal candidate will contribute to building strong talent pipelines, improving hiring efficiency, and ensuring seamless payroll execution through ERP systems. Your role plays a critical part in aligning workforce capabilities with organizational goals while maintaining operational accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn and job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate data.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Handle offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
Payroll Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll using ERP software (4QT preferred).
- Maintain employee records including attendance, leave, and salary data.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, salary slips, and deductions.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and IT teams for payroll and ERP-related activities.
- Generate payroll reports and MIS.
- Ensure timely closure of payroll cycles.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
