Job Description

As a Business Development Executive in the field of real estate, your role will involve direct client interaction, property site visits, and managing real estate inventory while collaborating closely with developers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Conduct property site visits with prospective buyers and investors
  • Follow up with clients to drive timely decision-making and closures
  • Maintain and regularly update project inventory including pricing, availability, and offers
  • Coordinate effectively with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Qualification Required:

  • Graduate degree (MBA preferred) with 1-4 years of experience in real estate or field sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is considered an advantage
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with fieldwork
