A pharmaceutical testing lab in South Plainfield, NJ is growing their team with an experienced Chemistry Analyst. This Chemist II will run Chemistry analytical testing and conduct method development in a GMP team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct GMP analytical testing and wet chemistry analysis including HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, Karl Fisher, etc. on a range of small molecule product types
• Execute method validation and method development activities for HPLC and GC.
• Perform troubleshooting on analytical instrumentation (i.e. HPLC, GC).
• Document testing data according to GMP requirements and SOPs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry
• 4-6 yrs of GMP analytical testing experience with small molecules
• Hands-on method development and method validation experience for HPLC, GC
• Ability to run all validated methods without any challenges
• Proficient in HPLC and GC (ability to run independently, troubleshoot, train others, etc.)
• GMP documentation skills
