We’re not hiring someone to “post on social media.”
We’re hiring someone who can take ideas, education, and real-world experience and turn them into content and campaigns that actually move people.
You’ll work directly with leadership (including Amanda + SynDee) to execute and build a content and marketing engine across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook, for both our brand and the agents we support.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be building, testing, adjusting, and improving constantly.
What You’ll Own
Content Strategy + Execution
- Plan and execute content across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Turn long-form education, events, and conversations into high-performing content
- Repurpose content strategically (not just cutting clips—actually shaping messaging)
Campaign Execution
- Build and execute campaigns tied to initiatives, events, and product focus
- Align messaging across platforms so everything works together
- Help bring structure and consistency to marketing efforts
Creator & Leadership Support
- Work directly with Amanda and SynDee to develop content that feels natural and authoritative
- Help leadership show up consistently without it becoming a time drain
- Support agents with simple, effective content direction when needed
Brand & Creative Direction
- Maintain and evolve brand voice, tone, and positioning
- Develop messaging and visuals that stand out in a crowded market
- Collaborate with video (Ben) and internal team members to bring ideas to life
Platform Growth
- YouTube: structure, titles, thumbnails, retention thinking
- LinkedIn: authority-building and engagement
- Facebook: community, conversation, and conversion
What We’re Looking For
- You understand how content drives business, not just engagement
- You’ve built or contributed to growing real accounts or campaigns
- You can think like both a marketer and a creator
- You move fast, adapt quickly, and don’t need constant direction
- You’re comfortable working with strong personalities and high standards
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in insurance, Medicare, or other regulated industries
- Have helped build personal brands, not just company pages
- Can edit video or clearly direct video production
- Understand how to turn education into content people actually watch

- Content is consistent, recognizable, and actually gets engagement
- Marketing feels structured—not reactive or last-minute
- Leadership shows up online with clarity and authority
- Agents have content they can realistically use and replicate

You’ll be expected to think, bring ideas, and execute, not wait for instructions.
