The Opportunity
A well-established, physician-led private practice specializing in sports medicine, orthopedic surgery, rehabilitation, and physical therapy is seeking a Practice Administrator to lead operational performance and support strategic growth initiatives.
This is a highly visible leadership role for a hands-on, forward-thinking professional who excels in practice operations, team leadership, and marketing oversight. The Practice Administrator will play a key role in enhancing the patient experience, strengthening the practice's brand presence, and supporting continued growth.
Role Overview
The Practice Administrator will oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions while partnering on marketing and outreach initiatives. This role blends operational leadership with brand and digital strategy, requiring both structure and creativity to support a high-performing, patient-centered practice.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Operations
- Lead daily practice operations, including scheduling workflows, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and elevate the patient experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to guide operational and financial decisions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
Marketing, Branding & Digital Presence
- Oversee and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Guide the practice's social media presence (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with engaging, on-brand content.
- Review performance metrics and analytics to refine outreach and engagement strategies.
- Oversee website content, SEO optimization, and online visibility.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to promote educational content, services, and patient success stories.
- Strengthen referral relationships with physicians, employers, and community partners.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and support administrative staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
- Partner closely with clinical leadership to align operations and marketing with patient care priorities.
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Plan and support community events, wellness initiatives, and outreach programs.
- Build partnerships with local organizations, sports teams, and community groups.
- Support patient feedback initiatives to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in healthcare practice operations, ideally within a private practice or outpatient setting.
- Working knowledge of marketing, digital strategy, and social media management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with a hands-on leadership style.
