Job Summary

MDN Edify Education Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for school positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates, preferably within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate with school leadership and department heads to understand hiring requirements
• Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (education hiring preferred)
• Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred

• Experience in school/education recruitment
• Familiarity with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, etc.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
