Job Summary
MDN Edify Education Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for school positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates, preferably within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate with school leadership and department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (education hiring preferred)
- Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
