About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract, evaluate, and hire top talent to support our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and post job descriptions on job boards and social media platforms
• Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
