Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scope statements.
  • Provide leadership of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) session to identify specific project deliverables and defining accountability per unit.
  • Ensure business requirements and tasks are identified to create a detailed MS Project schedule.
  • Manage the identified project deliverables for completion by ensuring accountability per participating unit.
  • Develop and monitor risk plans to ensure mitigation strategies are in place and being executed.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures.
  • Monitor and facilitate the tracking and resolution of issues impacting the project.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Administer and oversee recurring operational activities and processes to ensure effective day-to-day execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement enhancements to existing processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support achievement of business goals and objectives.
  • Allocate and manage resources based on business priorities and project needs.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and directing the work of cross-functional teams or staff.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in complex operational environments.
  • Demonstrated management or leadership experience, including accountability for outcomes.
  • Experience supporting operational strategy, resource planning, or business execution priorities.
  • Strong ability to foster teamwork and collaborate across organizational units.
