Associate Software Engineer - Java, Spring Boot, AWS

Join Our Team as an Associate Software Engineer!

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Software Engineer to help design and develop innovative software solutions. In this role, you will work alongside seasoned developers and contribute to various stages of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop systems and programs to address complex business challenges.
• Code, test, debug, and document moderately complex software applications.
• Prepare detailed specifications for program development.
• Collaborate with the Development Manager and senior developers on deliverables.
• Participate actively in SDLC activities, including solution design and code reviews.
• Understand and analyze business processes to create relevant test scenarios.
• Perform production support activities and monitor system processes for optimal health.
• Engage in continuous learning of new technologies and design approaches to enhance software quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 0-3 years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of Object Oriented programming languages, especially Java.
• Familiarity with databases and RDBMS concepts.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills:

• Java or other object-oriented languages (Novice).
• SQL and data analysis (Novice).
• Familiarity with JavaScript and web technologies (Novice).
• Experience with Eclipse IDE and JUnit (Fundamental Awareness).
• Basic knowledge of version control systems like SVN (Fundamental Awareness).
• Exposure to Build Automation and CI/CD processes (Fundamental Awareness).
