Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PR Sales role based in Noida. The PR Sales professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitch advertising and partnership solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners, preparing sales presentations, and tailoring media solutions across the Group’s properties. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing, editorial, and digital teams to align sales proposals with brand positioning and audience insights. Daily responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and representing the organization at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in media, advertising, or PR sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, networking, and account servicing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with comfort delivering pitches to senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital media, content marketing, and integrated campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms.
  • Ability to analyze audience data, campaign performance, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working on-site in Noida and participating in client visits, events, and meetings as needed.
