About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead operations for our premium retail and café outlets. The candidate will be responsible for managing store performance, team operations, customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete store and café operations
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff and supervisors
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Ensure premium customer experience and service standards
- Handle inventory management, stock audits, and vendor coordination
- Monitor store performance and prepare daily/monthly reports
- Ensure compliance with operational and hygiene standards
- Manage customer escalations and operational challenges
- Oversee billing, cash management, and store profitability
- Coordinate with higher management regarding operations and staffing
Requirements
- 4–6+ years’ experience in retail, luxury retail, café, hospitality, or store management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience handling sales targets and store KPIs
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory, and reporting
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in airport retail or premium hospitality brands preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
