Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a KAM | Automotive [AUTOSAR, Cybersecurity and MBD]. The role involves managing key accounts, building and nurturing client relationships, and providing expert advice on automotive cybersecurity and model-based development (MBD).

Key responsibilities include developing business strategies, overseeing customer service initiatives, analyzing data for informed decision-making, and fostering alignment between client needs and Mastrion India's offerings. Daily tasks will also involve delivering tailored solutions in alignment with industry standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts to effectively build, maintain, and enhance client relationships
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills for designing strategic growth initiatives and making data-driven decisions
• Experience in Client Onboarding, Service, ensuring satisfaction and tailored solutions to meet client needs
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR standards and expertise in Automotive Cybersecurity and Model-Based Development (MBD)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven experience in the automotive or related industries
• Educational background in engineering, computer science, or a relevant field is preferred
