Job Description
Maryland Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations, drive property performance, and deliver a high quality resident experience. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in multifamily property management who are ready to take ownership of a community and lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all property operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services
- Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
- Oversee rent collections and support overall property financial performance
- Supervise and develop onsite staff to achieve operational goals
- Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain property standards, curb appeal, and unit readiness
- Execute leasing and marketing strategies to maximize performance
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in property management or multifamily housing
- Proven experience managing operations and leading teams
- Strong understanding of leasing performance and resident retention
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
Compensation and Benefits
- $26 to $32 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities
- 100 percent company-paid health care premiums for employees
