What Youll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, youll help connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities
• Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs
• Handle resident inquiries and service requests with care
• Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area

Youre outgoing, organized, and motivated to succeed. You work well with people, manage multiple priorities, and bring a positive attitude to every interaction.

This position is located in the Woodlawn area.

Requirements

• Availability to work one weekend day as part of a five-day work week
• Personal, reliable transportation that you can bring to work each day, along with a valid drivers license and active vehicle insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
