Aerospace Engineer – UAV / Drone Systems

We are looking for a highly motivated Aerospace Engineer to design, develop, and optimize unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The role involves working on aerodynamics, propulsion systems, flight performance, and system integration to build efficient and reliable drone platforms.

Location : Hyderabad / Visakhapatnam

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop fixed-wing / multirotor UAV systems
• Perform aerodynamic analysis using tools like CFD
• Estimate thrust, lift, drag, and overall flight performance
• Select and integrate propulsion systems (engines, motors, ESCs, propellers)
• Work on structural design, weight optimization, and material selection
• Develop and validate flight control systems and stability models
• Conduct ground testing and flight testing of drones
• Analyze flight data and improve system performance
• Collaborate with electronics, embedded, and mechanical teams
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
• Should know 3D printing and Solid works or any CAD software

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
