Trademark Attorney

Mid-level Trademark and Copyright Attorney

Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark and copyright associates for offices in New York, Boston, or Connecticut. The salary for this position may be between $200k to $240k and can vary depending upon experience.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of trademark and copyright prosecution experience, domestic and global prosecution, strategy, enforcement and management.
• Trademark counseling, performing clearance searches and analysis, and portfolio management experience.
• Experience with trademark disputes, internet and e-commerce, online investigations and general enforcement matters, including TTAB oppositions.
• Additional experience in drafting and negotiating IP and trademark agreements.
• Experience conducting IP due diligence for corporate M&A preferred.
• Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
