Trademark Attorney

Junior to Mid-level Trademark Associate

Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a trademark associate for its IP practice in New York and Philadelphia. The salary range for this position is between $220k to $280k.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience managing domestic and international trademark portfolios.
• Experience performing trademark clearance searches, counseling, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.
• TTAB or trademark litigation experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of copyrights, social media, advertising, online business, licensing, and privacy is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong communication and analytical skills.
• New York or Pennsylvania bar is required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
