Job Title: Field Sales Rep - Sales of building materials

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand market presence within the assigned territory. The role involves dealer development, channel management, and promoting building material products to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute field sales activities across the assigned territory
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners
- Drive secondary sales and ensure consistent product availability in the market
- Build strong relationships with retailers, contractors, masons, and applicators
- Conduct regular market surveys to identify new business opportunities and track competitor activity
- Promote and sell products such as gypsum boards, partition boards, wall putty, and construction chemicals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain daily sales reports and track field activities effectively
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (mandatory)
- Prior experience in construction materials (cement, paints, putty, or chemicals) preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the local market dynamics
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
