Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Building Materials

Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive Field Sales Executive to grow our presence in the assigned region. The role involves expanding the dealer network, managing channel partners, and increasing sales of building material products through strong on-ground efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day field sales activities within the assigned territory
• Identify potential dealers/distributors and onboard them to expand the network
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing channel partners
• Ensure regular product movement and availability in the market
• Engage with retailers, contractors, masons, and applicators to generate demand
• Conduct market visits to gather insights on competition and new opportunities
• Promote and sell products such as gypsum boards, wall putty, partition boards, and construction chemicals
• Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Track daily activities and maintain accurate sales reports

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in field sales (mandatory)
• Experience in construction-related products like cement, paints, putty, or chemicals is an advantage
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with local market conditions
• Comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned area
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
