Job Title: HR & Administration Executive
Location: Hyderabad

Role Summary:
Responsible for building a strong work culture through effective HR practices and smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment, onboarding & employee lifecycle management
HR compliance (EPF, ESI, POSH, payroll, records)
Performance management & employee development
Employee engagement & grievance handling
Admin operations (vendors, facilities, logistics)
Policy drafting, audits & documentation
Support branding & communication initiatives
Requirements
PG in HR/Business Administration
2+ years HR experience
Strong communication, leadership & organizational skills
Knowledge of HR systems & statutory compliance.
Preferably from Hyderabad / Immediate joiners
Traveling as per the requirement.
Work Style:
Fast-paced, collaborative, with travel across campuses as needed.
