Job Description
Elevate food product strategies as a Product Scientist 1. Oversee new product developments, cost reductions, and ingredient evaluations through collaboration and innovative thinking.
This position focuses on creating and executing product innovations within the Research, Development & Technology department. Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product launches. You will also maintain specifications and documentation, conduct project management, and analyze data to drive product improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch new food products and formulations
- Collaborate closely with marketing and quality teams
- Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance
- Analyze data to guide product decisions
- Conduct sensory evaluations across various protein types
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365; SAP knowledge beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Capacity for independent work and adaptation
