Support plant operations effectively as an HR Coordinator, managing employee inquiries and HRMS tasks. Engage in data analysis, benefit administration, and assist with recruitment processes.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employee questions. Your expertise will cover HR reporting, payroll queries, and maintaining vital HRMS information. You will also support recruitment efforts and promote positive employee relations through engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HRMS (SAP) for new hires and job changes
- Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries
- Maintain records in KRONOS and SAP systems
- Create statistical reports on staff turnover
- Support employee recruitment and orientation processes
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources management
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong ability to work independently and flexibly
- Capable of analytical problem-solving in unionized environments
